Luke Ian

The first time I ever picked up a camera, I was in Australia. As someone who likes figuring out how things work, I first fell in love with the mechanics of photography. The way someone could manipulate the exposure and the ISO and literally change the way they saw the world was fascinating. That process of discovery—that trial and error of feeling the shutter and seeing what the world revealed this time—was addicting.

Soon, through the viewfinder was my favorite way to see things. This became an illuminate more than just skylines and sunsets. My real passion was awoken when I realized that people’s lives get remembered through the photos we take. Giving people even a g into the way they want things remembered is an honor.

Be kind to one another. With love,
